Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Dream Tour Goa, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your booking. We have developed a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy to ensure that you are aware of our terms and conditions.

Cancellation by the customer If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • More than 10 days before the start of the tour: Free of cost
  • 2-10 days before the start of the tour: 50% of the total tour cost
  • Less than 2 days before the start of the tour: 100% of the total tour cost

Please note that if you have already paid the full tour cost, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation by Dream Tour Goa We may cancel a tour if it is not feasible or safe to operate due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or civil unrest. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund of any payments made to us.

Refunds Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. We will refund the amount paid by you using the same method of payment that you used for the booking, unless you have requested otherwise.

Please note that we are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider in connection with the refund.

Changes to your booking If you need to make changes to your booking, such as changing the tour date or itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Travel insurance We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.
